Continental Batteries

Continental Battery Manufacturing Corp. opened its doors in 1932. Founded by Ralph McCann, the Dallas-based company grew up with the automobile industry, supplying batteries to Henry Ford himself.

Over the course of nearly 100 years, we’ve expanded through strategic acquisitions and mergers, including our 2021 merger with Battery Systems Inc. Our journey is marked by continuous innovation and growth, establishing us as a key player in the battery industry. As we look ahead, our focus remains on advancing technology and sustainability to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
